Customer Support Engineer
Job Description
- Provides technical support to customers and inside personnel.
- Provides on-sit support, including trouble shooting, field services, new applications setup, system upgrade, assist during system demo or warranty period.
- Travel will be required as necessary throughout Asia Pacific.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
- Aggressive and good capability in English communication.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and in a team.
- 2+ years working experience in the relative field is a plus.
